Fade Overload vs Zone

Jim Les, current head coach at UC-Davis,  ran this simple quick hit when he coached at Bradley.  It is a simple entry to overload and screen in the defense for a open look.  More and more folks are running a simple quick hit at the beginning of the shotclock, a simple quick hit at the end the shotclock, and a  zone motion in between.
