The City of Corpus Christi has embraced the Islanders and the Islanders have reached out to the community in many ways.  From Dream to Read programs where our players go out to local elementary schools and read to children and talk about the importance of getting their education to visiting children’s hospitals to bring a moment of joy to cancer and burn victims to participating in Corpus Christi’s monthly Art Walk, Islander Basketball players extend themselves to a community hungry for us to be successful!  At Texas A & M University Corpus Christi, you will not be a one dimensional player or person!  Make the Islander’s Choice!
